MC-Squared: Designed PIC-based GPS controller (DPELS) to receive, process and re-transmit GPS position information.  Designed GPS receiver control/parser, error correction coding and low-power transmitter control code on this PIC and designed code for a second PIC-based receiver interface to a PC serial port in order to provide low-power, high-integrity transmission capability from multiple DPELS re-transmitters to a PC-based GPS mapping application in order to pinpoint DPELS locations.
